There is room for a second person to direct or take notes, but the vehicle is designed for a single operator to take full control of the production. This van uses Sony four DXC-3000 cameras and CCU controls. The 4 cameras can be mixed down live into a Mini-DV tape. The final edit can be done in your studio.Everything is mixed live on a Sony SEG2000 switcher.The four cameras are controlled with the CCU-M3's for total control of all the functions of the camera.There is a built in intercom through these CCU's directly to the cameras, including a tally light that illuminates inthe cameras viewfinder to let the operator know he is live.The operator can also press the RET button and see the live return video in his viewfinder.These four cameras are all monitored on 4 LCD color Marshall monitors.Audio is mixed through a Whirlwind 4 channel to stereo mixer.Everything is back up powered with a powerful battery UPS.Everything is powered by a regular wall socket extension plug.The can is cooled by the rooftop A/C or the van's A/C in dash.The side couch will hold two people who have a direct view of the preview and program monitors.
