Vintage Enlarger / Pinhole Camera by ICAMade in Dresden Germany, AKT GESWe are not sure of the exact nature of this interesting find.It Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 appears like a photo enlarger or possibly a pinhole camera.This vintage piece of photography equipment is possibly circa 1920.It is certainly a rare find and considerably antique.We don't know its history, but it could sure be a museum class piece.Description: It is shaped somewhat like a 4 sided pyramid. It has a lens assembly on the narrow end.It has a manual shutter control lever on its side. It has a removable split door on the wide end with a glass plate and latches (only 1 latch because the other is missing) It has a manufacturer's logo stamped inside the door. (see attached photo)  -Description of the stamping: 37449 (DRESDEN AKT.-GES ICA with a five pointed star) - bound by a circleMaterials: It is constructed of wood, the exposed wood and the interior is painted in a flat black paint. It is mostly covered in a leather like material.(Some of it is peeling as is visible in the photos; other sides are in great condition.) It has metal hardware parts, painted in a flat black paint. It has a glass plate on the wide end. See the attached photographs; what you see is what you get.Plus a glass plate that goes into the wide end of the equipment. (not shown in photographs)This is a rare find and sure to please the greatest of photography equipment connoisseurs.
