It has a lens assembly on the narrow end.It has a manual shutter control lever on its side. It has a removable split door on the wide end with a glass plate and latches (only 1 latch because the other is missing) It has a manufacturer's logo stamped inside the door. (see attached photo)  -Description of the stamping: 37449 (DRESDEN AKT.-GES ICA with a five pointed star) - bound by a circleMaterials: It is constructed of wood, the exposed wood and the interior is painted in a flat black paint. It is mostly covered in a leather like material.(Some of it is peeling as is visible in the photos; other sides are in great condition.) It has metal hardware parts, painted in a flat black paint.
